Exercise Ball Dumbbell Curls

The advantage of doing dumbbell bicep curls on a swiss ball, also called an exercise ball. is you have to concentrate on keeping your body stable. Your muscles are called into play and have to work harder to keep you stabilized.

Obviously this also means you need to be extra careful. But try these dumbbell curls on an exercise ball and I'll bet you add these to your exercise routine.

You can do these using both arms at the same time or you can do one arm at a time. Personally I prefer doing alternating curls but you get to make your own choice.
