Get in Top Shape Now!

I'm going to focus on this area for awhile because there is a movement going on right now in the exercise field. It is moving into body weight exercise. I'm not saying you need to stop lifting weights if you enjoy lifting. The problem is many people just don't enjoy it or can't afford to buy weights or, and this is worse of all, they get no results.

Let me tell you this. You can't follow this program and not get results.
